"First visit. Food was good. Friendly staff. One cashier was reluctant to allow my service dog to come in. The others welcomed her. She is never an issue. She quietly sits by my side. Doesn't bark. Overall, a good experience."
"Update: This place was great when it was new, but like so many restaurants it now suffers from familiar increased food costs and staffing issues. Service is poor, food quality has declined, and a basic breakfast with coffee will now run you about $14-15. It's still fine, but I no longer recommend it, especially as there are better options nearby. Old Review from 2018: Great price for simple food, good service, and a really nice atmosphere in an updated building. Typical plate was $7-8 and only a couple bucks more for some great coffee. The kid pancakes were fun too. Plus, the location on 11 Mile helps fill a demand for restaurants in this part of town. Give it a try."

"Absolutely love it here. As a Berkley resident I love coming to this quaint spot, that has absolutely delicious breakfast! I never get tired of the omelette and sweeter options like French toast and pancakes - they’re sooo good. Also love the Greek salad! Always have wonderful service with smile, too!"
