Andy's Pizza & Subs

"We used to order Andy’s all the time but since the new ownership it’s gone so downhill. Our last order food was wrong and missing, had to get new food twice. This time, and our last time order, a 2 hour wait for the food, called asking about it and they said it was out for delivery. 15 mins later still no food, called again, still out for delivery. Mind you I live 6 blocks away. Food arrives 15 mins later and is cold and disgusting. Called again. Wanted to remake; at this point there no time, it’s almost 9pm. They would only offer a credit, I declined and said I wouldn’t be back and disputed the charge with the app. They weren’t apologetic and seemed annoyed to even be bother led with the calls. The new owners and employees suck. Don’t waste your time and money."

"We ordered a Lg pizza with pepperoni, a half chicken Parm sub, and full meatball sub with fries and a coke zero. We ordered the pizza because they had a great deal, a Lg 1 topping pizza for around $7, which is a pretty good deal. We also added garlic Parmesan crust to the pizza which I believe was free. The pizza itself was very delicious! Same with the meatball sub and fries. The only thing that was odd was that the chicken Parmesan sub was a just decent. The chicken seemed bland. The sauce definitely helped though. The fries were nice and crunchy. The woman at the register was very nice and courteous. She definitely made the experience that much better! I wholeheartedly recommend Andy's to anyone who's in the area and is hungry or thinking of trying this joint out!"

"i haven’t eaten here in at least 4 years until last week, my usual pizza place closed early so i figured i’d give andy’s one more shot. i ordered a pretty “extra” pizza lots of toppings, when i picked my pizza up i was greeted with a friendly smile and an AWESOME pizza that also didn’t cost me an arm and leg!! i wanted to take a picture but couldn’t resist getting a bite first!!! this was honestly the best pizza i’ve had in a while and ive ordered from here 3 other times since. their salads and bbq wings are outstanding!!! andy’s is definitely my new spot to go!!"

"We come to Southgate when we visit my in-laws and we frequently get Andy's. Today I was craving it BAD! I order a pepperoni & ham (always good no gristle!) sometimes with bacon. It's always AMAZING! I can eat a small pizza myself easily and loveee the cajun crust! The mini pizza is perfect for our 10yr old she ate all 4 slices (quite small) I love the option of having a small pizza like that. Prices are always great even after they went up. Everyone is always extremely nice the girl today (9/2) at the front was such a beautiful person! Thanked us so much or waiting and ordering from them. Our order is never messed up or cold. My MIL gets their taco salad and loves it! Repeat customers for YEARS!"

"In a nice area with enough Italian bakeries lies Andy's pizza. Another gem with real good food as well. I went here 2 times. I got a half sausage half cheese pizza and then a chicken parm. Both made very well and service is great. They're really nice in here and the prices are great. I was surprised it wasn't more crowded the 2 times I went either."
