"Order a 5-piece meal during lunch. I came home and 3 of the 5 wings were old and shriveled up. I called to let them know. I was told in order to replace the wings, I would have to come back up to the KKC to have them replaced. I told them, I'm at work and couldn't leave back, and they pretty much said F&” K you. For me to have to stop work and bring the wings back up to the establishment in order to be replaced is crazy. Horrible customer service! I will not be going back."
