"First time here. I let them know this. No greeting. I had to ask him "can you help me?" It took 30 minutes for a two piece leg and wing and fries and roll for $12+ bucks. I asked can I have some hot sauce and he said "we don't have any". Thus place barely had anyone in the restaurant either. The cookw were doing more talking than cooking."
"Staff was very friendly and food was awesome. I love that the food is made to order and has not been sitting around. It may take awhile to get your food but worth the wait. The manager seemed to really care about getting our order right."
"98% of the staff were polite and courteous, however, there was one individual in particular that was rude and extremely unprofessional. This individual was loud and speaking to their coworkers very unprofessional and had to be excused from behind the counter. I believe it was the manager who apologized to the customers for that person's behavior. My order took 30+ minutes to be completed, however there were four people ahead of me who hadn't received their food yet and a HUGE catering order was being made as well. I would never return to this location thanks to the #ghettoredbonnetgirl"
"Ordered online just to wait over 30 minutes in the restaurant and my food still wasn't done. The young man at the register today was rude, very slow and lack communication skills. He couldn't even give me a receipt for my refund, not even an apology for my wait. He kept touching his mouth and hair and went to bag orders up SMH. The customer service was horrible and I will NOT be returning to this location. #GhettoasHell"
