"I have never been played the way this place did humiliated me after a total of four hours of bad service calling and supposedly resending my food, I called to speak with the manager which his name is Ray. He kindly speaks to me and makes me feel like he’s going to redo my order and send it. I spent $70 and gave these people service since they open, they lost a good customer and still never Receive my food"

"This is the worst savvy sliders location ever. The food is never fresh anymore drive thru or door dash. They just sent me old, stale fries and chicken sliders that smell of fish sliders. Had I known my food was coming from this location I will have ordered something else. Again, worst location I have visited for Savvy. Company needs to focus on making the current restaurants better instead opening a new location every time you look up."

"No response at the intercom. Drove to window only to see the cashier playing on phone. It's an hour after opening. No fried foods or shakes can me order. The issue was that they just opened ***update** Got our food 15 minutes later Burgers cold and salty. The cheese wasn't even melted. The steakhouse buger is poor meat quality covered in a1 sauce. The best part of the meal was the Pepsi."

"We tried this place for the first time ever today...and I was thoroughly disappointed. First, in all fairness they had a long line so waiting to be helped initially was understandable... But, then it took a turn....at the window. Confirmation of order fine... Paid fine...$30...for two meal of two sliders and Cajun fries...two sodas. Pricey, but it's Detroit, so you expect to be gouged in the wallet but whatever. The window shuts and drive-thru employee left to take phone order. About 4 minutes later, we watch people (MEN) come out with food to go boxes from the kitchen, and they set them by the drive-thru window...okaaay. They disappeared into the back! 10 minutes goes by... We've paid, So, we wait... At the 15 mins with no word or acknowledgement we see a line behind us forming... someone honks...NO RESPONSE. FINALLY, a minute later some comes out of the back empty handed...picks up the 2 boxes which were had set them and opens the window. They asked what we ordered...he shoved it at us, closed the window. Are sodas are sitting next to him. He walks away.....We honk and asks loud but nicely about out sodas. Nothing! He walked away. We ended up with cold food, fries with so much seasoning they were inedible. It was gross and a waste of money. If you choose to open a restaurant..... make sure you don't treat your customers like they owe you. They don't. You are there for them. Service is key. They will NOT BE getting my patronage. Save your cash and go somewhere you will be appreciated for spending hard earned money on their services. I hope the improve, I would love to see them flourish."
