The Big Salad

"It was my first experience at this “BIG SALAD”. The food looked freshed no doubt and since it was my first time there I didn’t really know how to order. The lady taking my order was very rude, I wanted a Mediterranean salad turned into a wrap but she I can’t do that. So I then I ordered a soup and salad. I realized she wasn’t getting my soup so I had a soup too and she so what kind I said broccoli cheddar and she said what size I what ever size comes in a pick 2 is fine. That’s when she got mad and started to throw away my lettuce into the garbage and then rudely put my soup into a cup. I didn’t say anything I just paid and walked out. As I was walking out I could hear her tell her co-worker about the soup and was making a big a deal the soup. I ignored and walked out. I wanted to leave this review for a reason. I don’t what her problem was but the main thing was already had an attitude before I placed my order. Customer service was not good at all. I would go back but if I do see her I would not place my order with her next time."

"My coworker treated us to lunch while eating the salad I discovered some hair. I called the restaurant was told our manager is in an interview he’ll call you back. The staff hung up in my face I politely called back again. To express how I was not satisfied at all. I would not order here!!!!! Be aware people ! The big salad will have you eating hair particles"

"Good selection of salads. You can choose from recipes already created and further customize them. You may also come up with your own creation. I would give 5 starts if they offered more power greens as a base, even if there were an upcharge."

"Good value, good tasting food. The bread was excellent and fresh tasting. I especially liked the crunchy ciabatta bread. Salad was big even though it was a Baby size salad. I can see coming to this place often. In fact I signed up for rewards during first purchase. Sandwich great, salad great, bread delicious, good soup. Give a try and you won't regret it."
