"I went there to get a bowl with white rice, steak and queso. This girl served me literally 6 pieces of steak and when I told her to add some sour cream she thought I was telling her to pour the whole container of sour cream on the damn bowl. She probably have autism or something. Next time she serve it like that I'm going to tell her to eat it."
"I gave 1 star on the food because I ordered a kids guacamole quesadilla and they gave me 2 tortillas but the service was fast as soon as I walked up my order was ready, I was greeted and handed my order. I did think all quesadillas come with cheese automatically and it does at the Taylor location and please let me know if I'm wrong so I don't order it next time. Besides that this location is overcrowded with a million other stores and pot holes"
"People are consistently kind and sweet, but the place itself is always so nasty. Like no one ever cleans the tables, or the adults that eat there never have the basic decency to wipe their crumbs off the table before leaving. Constantly dirty floors, tables, and counters. The fountain drink station was so piled with ice that I could barely use it."
"My husband goes to this location on West Rd and Allen Rd, in Trenton all the time. The other day I asked him to get me a small guacamole with chips and when he brought it home, I opened the small plastic container and dumped it out on a paper plate to eat with some chips like I always do. It was dark brown and tasted awful. I tasted it because we all know that guac can start getting brown from oxidation after being made but if its freshly made (that day) it will still be green under the top layer and it will still taste great. This was old and horrible. I am shocked that anyone, while standing there, looking at this product while filling up a cup for a customer, would think it was OK to serve it. Tells me that whoever filled this order has zero concern about what they are preparing or providing to a paying customer. Not good...."
"I ordered a pickup for three bowls which two of them came out to be poorly portioned what a disappointment came home to them having barely anything in them. It looks like someone ate half my food. It was embarrassing to order a bowl that I only got half of. $34 total what a disgrace"
