This place on Saturday play 90s music .I had an pork chop sandwich it was tough and pink Just nasty.10 dollars to get IN FREE PARKING after 9 or 10 20 dollars to get in (AT THE DOOR CASH ONLY )Security was on point they are Police officers.I felt secure.DRINKS NOT GOOD SHOT OF 1800 10 dollars.I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO GHETTO WOMEN IN THEIR 30s with SHORTS AND STOCKINGS."

"Gave this place too many chances took over a hour and a half to receive my food at that point I canceled. This happened too many times. The waitresses lack order , professionalism and it took over 30 minutes for someone to take our order. I swear since April passed away service is way downhill. Won’t be back . I drive too far to not get serviced. Clearly they don’t care about reviews because nothing has been done to clear the matter up. Horrible service ."

"Please let me start by saying I work in the service industry so I completely understand that there’s always going to be a difficulty in finding a balance and making sure that customers are satisfied as well as staff, but I will say the customer service in this establishment is beyond lacking. And it is very very sad because this is an important place and monument as far as Detroit culture and with everything that is going on in Michigan , lall of the new excitements that are coming with this city, I feel it is more important to keep up with the times before you get rolled over. I have been to this establishment More than once, and what I have realized is the customer service is very poor and no matter how good the food, no matter how good the drinks are ,or the atmosphere if your customer service is lacking it’s not going to matter for long, and if this business is thinking about longevity, they might want to consider that the younger crowds are all going downtown Detroit you have to do something to certify your importance. This message is literally out of care and love changes need to happen as far as customer service because eventually Whether it is two or three years from now, there will be another spot that gives the same quality of food ,same quality of atmosphere, but better service and nobody comes there anymore. We have seen it happen multiple times in this city of Detroit Steve soul food the limit I can keep going on if you want longevity you need to abide by customer service and the times and what I fear is customer service is going to be more of a problem to wear any changes you make or not going to matter Again, this message is out of love. Hopefully it is taken in consideration, even though I am highly doubtful."
