"We are long time AT&T customers. My mom and I went into the Petoskey-Anderson Road location/store close to closing time tonight (Friday), and were helped by Gabe and two other gentleman. They were very, very courteous, knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel like idiots just because we were not very tech-savy. They explained everything thoroughly. Gabe and one of the other gentlemen helped us with figuring out a great plan and also saved us money doing it. The other one even stuck around with Gabe after closing time to answer several of my questions about getting my Dad a new phone, among other things. Very impressed, we will be back to this location!!! Thank you!"

"On numerous occasions, I've tried calling and have been hung up on after 3-4 rings. Sadly, I can always get ahold of the other location and I would prefer not calling them... If it weren't for the inability to contact this location, they would get 5 stars for having Kat there! Kat was phenomenal. I stopped in with my boyfriends grandmother (she got two new phones, cases and screen protectors). Kat was personable and answered all of my questions with utmost professionalism as well as added personal opinions that we appreciated greatly. Unfortunate for my family and I, she's getting promoted. She definitely deserves it. But we would have gladly returned to work with her on future phones, plans and questions over the other dissappointing AT&T location."
