"I ordered online to get it delivered the driver gets there and they tell them to call me and have me cancel because they were getting ready to close but still had 1 hour left mind you this was the second store i ordered from and the the same thing, and to wait 30 minutes frome each store now my family has to wait to eat dinner well past dinner time because they do not have their stuff together... ordered from somewhere else have to wait another hour.... if you cannot do online orders you should not except and message saying it will be delivered"

"Went through the drive through....Employee not very friendly...asked for honey bbq sauce...not only was the sauce not in my bag my order was wrong. Tried to call, they don't answer the phone. Recording said to leave a message with your concerns but they don't return the calls...guess I'm calling the corporate office to make my complaint. Won't be back to this one...I will go out of my way to go to another one."

"Got food for 5 people delivered and only received half of it. Went back and the employees clearly didn't believe us and only gave us the chicken we were missing. They kept our receipt. In a previous experience, the drive thru people were not friendly either. Not good for doordash drivers or customers. They also never answer the phone. Felt it was time to leave a review. The location in AP is nicer."

"As a usual KFC customer I was very shocked at the service that we received today. So the location on the street is a little hard to get to. As soon as we walked in we were kicked out at 9:13 and told that they were closed except the drive through was open. So we proceed through the drive through which was a bad decision due to the fact we were waiting in the line for 47 minutes. During that time 5 cars got tired of the wait and just left causing the line to shorten. There were 4 workers in the back and the one that kicked us out was cleaning the lobby area. At one point while waiting in line 1 of the workers walked to McDonald's next door grabbed food and came back. While we were ordering food the lady was rude and when we came to window another lady was rude as well. So that was the wording part and the food wasnt up to par. The Mac and cheese was amazing like always. The chicken bowl was okay but the burger was burnt and really hard. The 5 dollar fill up the biscuit and cookie on the inside were smashed as well as the forgotten potato wedges were never placed in our bag. Again I'm a usual customer and my needs are usually filled but this time all around the service was awful. Needs worked on badly. We are calling tomorrow the number on the receipt."
