"Went in this morning and was the first customer of the day I’m pretty sure. There was three employees and it took a while for them to even get to me or say good morning which was okay. This was my first experience at jersey mikes so I wasn’t to sure how it worked. The only thing the woman said to me the entire time was what kind of sub I wanted. I said a number 17 and was waiting to get the veggies. When she took my sub to be wrapped, I asked if I could get lettuce and tomatoes she told me no because I had to ask before hand. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to know that when there’s no signs nor communication. Tbh my onions and peppers were still somewhat raw and I just will not be going back again. I had high hopes:("

"The employees at the Taylor, Mi location are absolutely amazing! I have to eat gf & they always go above and beyond to make sure all the equipment is cleaned and have minimal cross contamination risk. We order frequently & when we stopped in last night, they were out of onion (staple on my sandwich) and when we went back the next day, the employee who was there the night before bought our subs for the inconvenience. She didnt have to do that & we said as much, but she did. Its a small gesture but it's a sign of great customer service & was very much appreciated. We appreciate the friendly service we regularly receive from the entire staff!"

"You know, I've got to tell you about my recent trip to Jersey Mike's. It was such a pleasant surprise, and I'm already craving their sandwiches again! I decided to give their famous Original Italian sub a try, and let me tell you, it was absolutely scrumptious. The bread was fresh and soft, and the combination of meats and cheeses was just perfect. Plus, the "Mike's Way" toppings with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and that zesty blend of olive oil and red wine vinegar – it all came together for a truly mouthwatering experience. But what really stood out to me was the staff at Jersey Mike's. They were super friendly, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making a great sandwich. They took their time to slice the meats and cheeses right in front of me, making sure everything was piled high and just the way I like it. Even though it was busy, they didn't rush through my order or skimp on the toppings. And when I asked for a recommendation on which chips to get, they happily suggested their favorite flavor without missing a beat. I've got to say, my visit to Jersey Mike's was a real treat. The sandwiches are top-notch, and the staff really makes you feel like a valued customer. I can't wait to go back and try more of their subs.
