"Jimmy John’s employees are not known for having good customer service and this place is no different. I’ve been here several times and usually have an average experience. Tonight they forgot the cheese on my turkey and cheese sandwich. Literally 2 ingredients not including the bread. I went back in and even though I had literally just walked to my car I was asked for a receipt. The girl defaulted to trying to tell me cheese didn’t come on my sandwich before I showed her my phone with my order including cheese. She took the sandwich I had opened and leafed through to discover my missing cheese and (hopefully) threw it away, instead of offering to let me keep it for my trouble. Idk, that seems pretty standard in my experience, but then again, you don’t come to Jimmy John’s for good service. You come for overpriced subs."
"The sandwich I ordered tasted horrible, in fact, on the way home, I ended up getting a stomachache from it. The service was decent, but this is clearly not a dining in friendly place. The bathroom's condition could've been better in all honesty. I would not recommend visiting here."
"worse sub ever !! We always loved jimmy johns. My turkey sub had at the most 3 pieces of turkey!! I asked for a bag for the subs l bought the guy told me there right there!! I had to reach across counter and get my own bag!!! Never again woodhaven jimmy johns!!"
"This place is in an old bank building. They use the bank teller's window for drive through business. (I don't know if they have a place for dining inside.) They have a steady stream of cars driving through."
"Ordered a Vito… sandwich came with mayo and cucumber??? Gross and waste of money. Should’ve listened to the reviews saying the sandwiches are always being made wrong.. was so close to not ordering from here and I really shouldn’t have"
