"Don't waste time ordering from the app they will tell you to pull around to the other window and wait longer than the people just pulling up placing an order. Then you can't reach the order because they have you pull in the wrong way. If you don't have a passanger with you how do they expect you to get your food. Ordered 2 strawberry milkshakes they gave me 2 red pops so that means I was over charged when all they had to do is read. They act like you are bothering them with the rude attitudes. Bring on AI robots."
"Went here a few days ago, little girl at window was a "B". They forgot mu apple pie, but the other lady was super nice, then food was thrown together, burger was sloppy and looked like they handled it with no gloves on, then after I was done eating and started eating apple pie seen a black hair stuck to it. "Their customer service sucks. They act like coming to the walk-up window to service customers is beneath them. The drive-thru will literally have 1-2 cars and the employees will act like they don't see you and you waiting for 10+ minutes. This has happened to me 3 times at this location. They act like people HAVE to spend their money there"
