"The burgers are amazing. Literally the best I’ve ever had. My husband is not a fan of onions, but even he says they are essential for the burgers to taste as good as they do. We usually go to the take out window, but sat inside this time at the counter. It’s your classic diner. They did seem a little disorganized and got a couple orders wrong while we were waiting."
"I've been working in the Birmingham area about two years now and every now and then I'll place a pick up order I've only dined in once. Literally every single time with the exception of maybe ONCE I never get acknowledged by the servers/cashiers. They will blatantly ignore me until they feel like handling my order. The first and only time I dined in I waited 10-15 mins just to be acknowledged and another gentleman came in and was serviced before me. Well today I said something about it and I don't wanna Play the "race card" because I honestly think their customer service sucks just because that's just who they are... I've literally never written a review on anything but today just rubbed me the wrong way. The burgers and fries are decent at best so please at least be as decent as your burgers. Get it together... I know my lil $10-$15 purchase isn't a major contribution but you gotta treat ALL your customers with some level of respect... I've also witnessed this happen to other customers, not just myself. Solely off customer service or lack thereof I won't be returning here but go see for yourself. Please do/be better."
"Never disappointed. Same great taste, same great prices. I got a feast for such a good deal. The atmosphere is that of an old school burger joint. Place can get packed so allow for time. Carryout order was prepared very fast and they called to let me know it was ready early. Limited parking so be wary of what time you're going."
"By far the best slider joint I’ve had. That means they trump: Travis, Brayz & Telway. My quest for best sliders in Metro-Detroit continues so stay tuned. But thus far Hunter House, w/ their cool atmosphere & a grill manned by staff that cares, reigns supreme. Way better quality than the others I’ve had."
