"I placed an order online and got a confirmation that my order would be ready at a certain time. I showed up at that certain time in the drive thru and was told no more orders would be taken. I explained that I ordered 10 minutes ago and that the money was already withdrawn from my bank account. He didn't even try to help. He told me to I had to cancel the order and left it at that. I asked how can I cancel an order to refund my money after it was already withdrawn from my account. He had no clue and left me without my food and took my money. This I believe was a manager. I ain't worried about the $27 you took from me. I'll make more money but to be as unprofessional as he was and he is your manager you got a serious problem"

"I really liked this Burger King when I first moved back here a few months ago but I don't know what happened in the last month or so. The wait at the drive thru can take up to 20 mins being the second or third car in line then there is a wait at the window to pick up your food as well after paying. This has happened on several visits so we will be going to a different location going forward."
