"If I could give a zero star review, I absolutely would. I ordered online from this location almost ONE month ago. I waited 20 minutes in my car as they told me to pull up, after waiting I walked inside to see what was happening. The staff proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait another 30 minutes for taco meat. No one was going to come out to my car and tell me that, they just let me wait. I advised them that I could not wait that long, I had an appointment to get to. They told me to cancel my order through the app. I tried to cancel the order, but they had already processed my order when i pulled up to the window and they had me pull forward. My boyfriend and I have been in contact with one of the managers named Chris, for WEEKS he has been telling me he is trying to get my THIRTY DOLLAR order refunded. This is absolutely insane and unprofessional behavior. Any other establishment would rightfully refund me my money considering I left with NOTHING that i paid for. Not a single item. Since i've had no luck with the manager and staff, just constant running me around in circles saying "I'm trying to get you refunded" for weeks now, I figured I'd leave a review and see if this reaches someone who can actually give me my money back. That would be AWESOME :)"

"We LOVE Del Taco. Infact, we are originally from California and had Del Taco at our finger tips. Now that we live in Battle Creek, MI we crave it. SO, tomorrow, we are taking a drive to Taylor, MI for lunch. Can't wait!!!!"

"Honestly, this store has the nicest staff that I and my husband have dealt with.. we even thought something was wrong on the receipt but ended up my husband misreading it lol but the way they handled it and explained it left us in shock.. they seemed like they were having a good time while working (not horsing around but enjoying their night) they were very nice, informative since my husband had never had this place before . All around great environment, great customer service, great food and great people. Oh and the order was correct."

"I ordered the Birria quesadilla and some chicken carbon tacos. Both were just about the wettest, messiest, mushiest, nastiest things I’ve ever eaten. Seriously, how can this be what you’re delivering? It’s not like the location was super busy, but I was rushed through the order process and my food was just slopped together. Really embarrassing business."
