"That women who work in this location. She is very rude because we were trying to order food in drive thru but she told us it closed and told us to leave. I was like okay.. so we just park and search other fast-food but somehow that other customer just went through drive thru and got their order if they told us it closed. But she lied to us. Wendy dining is closed and we use drive thru even we are Deaf. I told her we are deaf and we use note but she doesn’t want to waste our time because we are deaf. It is discrimination!! How can she think it is okay to treat other."
"Unfortunately this place is close to my job. So its the easiest to get to for lunch and they are never busy but I know why, that is because they never and I mean never get a order right. Something is always missing or wrong"
"Customer service was great. Ordered a chicken southwest avocado salad, chili and three Jr cheeseburger for my kids since we were in the area. They forgot two of the burgers but the employees fixed it. Thank you. Didn’t have to wait long for the food at all."
"I have had several bad times, but today sealed the deal. We bought three baked potatoes for $4 each, they were small like $1.50 worth of potato with measly burnt bacon. I added some fresh bacon, sour cream and butter when I got home.The burger bread is falling apart because it's stale and the burgers look like hockey puck's dry with no mayo, no onion's, a dab of ketchup. I tried to eat it be I don't have money to waste. The tiny potato that I came home and doctored up. Very disappointed I have been trying to call to no avail. I get it time's are hard, but it's not ok to give people anything!"
