Hollywood Coney Island

"I was impressed. I go to a lot of coney islands and this is one of the cleanest I've been in. Freshly cooked and out to you fast. I had a breakfast skillet. Everything was very good. Most places don't cook down or season the hasbrowns. A quick hit of salt and a dash of pepper and they were good to go. Real ham... who knew you could still find fresh real food. The eggs were beautifully cooked and just set everything off. Nice place. Good food. Fun and friendly staff. While I was there some guy decided he needed to be a jerk and throw a fit. Nobody returned his aggression, they went forward with kindness and service. That's impressive. Customer service is dead almost everywhere. But not here. That speaks volumes about the business. A++++++ for food and service."

"The caramel cake was just so amazing. I was not expecting it to be so moist and good. Who ever make them cakes 10/10. And the bacon cheese burger I ordered was really good 8/10. The fries was good but no salt which was ok but would of been nice 6/10. Grape Kool-Aid 8/10 and they have crushed ice !!"

"This place is generally my go to place for breakfast and usually I get eggs over medium but this time I got scrambled eggs with cheese... As soon as I started to cut them up they had an oder so I looked at it and it was discolored so I didn't eat them and ate my pancakes and bacon both good. It's hard to get good eggs from a restaurant but they usually do good my other go to for eggs is Connie and Barbara's."

"So, we just ordered food from here. I’ll post the order I ordered and what they gave us.what we ordered: 2 chili cheese frys Veggie omelette 1 cony 1 cheese fry 1 loose burger 1 regular fry What we received: 1 chili cheese fry Veggie omelette 2 cony dogs 1 cheese fry (with a slice of cheese on top) Lady working the window was very rude. She kept the all of our change. Our family used to go here for years, but after today we’ll never go back. The new owners just aren’t providing a quality product. Food tastes fine, but not worth getting robbed over."

"I have been going to this Coney Island for 20 years. I have NEVER experienced anything like this. My Turkey Club was Burnt terribly. The turkey was not edible. I called and told them about the situation and they told me to come back. I advised it was too late to come back. The person I spoke to told me she would put my name on the board and to bring the food back for replacement or refund. I go back to get them to remake it and I was told to come back at night because it was purchased at night; they could not help me. The cashier said Banaki was the owner and that's what he told her to tell me. I was shocked and begin to ask questions she stated this has nothing to do with her. I asked her to have him come and talk to me and she said he said he was too busy and to wait 5 or 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and left. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional! Such a bad experience from an establishment I have supported for 20 years. I will be reporting this to governmental agencies."
