"I ordered from here yesterday it was one sub for delivery and it took an hour and tens to get delivered then today 1/18 i ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup this time i ordered at 2:24 and at 3:15 it said my order still wasn’t ready which I didn’t mind until i realized both of them were made wrong the #10 didn’t have double meat or the bacon i paid extra for and the #1 only had meat cheese and cucumber when i asked for everything on it plus cucumbers and onions"
"They’re the best! We placed an order 30 minutes before closing after they started closing the kitchen. They went out of their way to bake us fresh bread and even gave us a cookie for waiting."
"The Jimmy John’s store itself and it’s employees do a great job. However unfortunately for them they are required to use a third party delivery service. Our $65 order was delivered 55 minutes after ordering by Uber Eats. This was a group lunch order for a place of business. The slow delivery time caused people to miss their lunch. Doubtful that we will order from here again if delivery will continue to be so slow. Freaky Fast along with awesome sandwiches are the main reasons we ordered JJs."
