"Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment ever! My order was fine but the manager has got to go. He has no business running a restaurant the way he does. I could hear him yelling through the window (which was closed) and he was generally very rude. Appalling service. Horrible management. Disappointing to see."
"I got there every Sunday and Wednesday for a Baconzilla sandwich Everytime. and Everytime, the employees take my order with a smile on their face, a couple of them even know my face and know what I want and have it ready for me as soon as I order. I have even had one employee track me down at my place of work because they messed up my order and gave me a free second sandwich, and another employee was incredibly kind and had a lot in common with my interests and we spoke and they gave me an extra fry. I even get messages on the fries now. I love the employees. while the appearance of the store may seem shady, the employees are always part of the reason why I go back and why I enjoy my single sandwich."
