"Made my order online where is states? The location is open until 11 on the inside and for drive-through arrive at the location at 6:40 doors are locked. The line is wrapped around the building and I Wait in line for my order which is ready however, I have no way of accessing. It employees are very nice have no idea what the atmosphere on the inside would be like as I’ve never been able to walk into this location either update the website or open the lobby, This is a huge inconvenience as when most people are ordering online, they would like to grab and go not wait in line for 30+ minutes for something that’s already ready do better!!!"
"This location is never open for customers to enter the restaurant but the drive thru is always crowded around the drive thru and parking lot. Don’t ever order food delivery service because you may never get your order delivered or see it."
"Wish I could leave a zero star rating. Twice we have ordered and twice they didn't give us all of our food. The first time we were supposed to get a $10 credit never received that. The. The second time just asked if they could just deliver the missing food and was told no. Food is good but their service leaves something to be desired. Never again will myself or my husband come here again. And it's a shame we have a large family and easily our food bill comes to over $100 with buying food for the family. Guess we will be giving $$ to a food place that deserves it"
"Lines are very long. They hardly ever have the lobby open for customers or for DoorDash customers to get their orders workers don’t even care about anyone and are very rude to customers. I wish it would let me give a zero stars because that what they deserve. They don’t wear glove when putting food or condiments in customers bag. I seen them scratch their face, nose and butt and without washing there hands putting food in the bags or grabbing food and it took 2 hours in the drive through just to get my order"
