"Truthfully I didn't have high expectations as we placed a takeout order so I thought by the time we brought it home it was going to be cold and not taste good. We ordered the chicken and steak and shrimp and steak bowls and the meat/shrimp and veggies tasted absolutely delicious. Everything was good. Not impressed with the portion size for the takeout but I cannot speak to in-store dining. I wasn't a big fan of the soup and the rice wasn't at the quality I would have expected it to be."
"I don't mind paying the high price for a good dinner but this place loads you up on rice. The cooks are great, they put on a great show. Each meal was about $30 (without apps) The sushi is fantastic. What knocked down the stars on my review, is the service of the waitresses. My nephew loves celebration dinners here (the cooks show) so I have been here a few times. The first visit, it took over 2 hours to get a seat, even tho we had a reservation. Then, I had to practically beg to get a drink. I actually went to my car to grab my bottled water after waiting the first hour and no one would even acknowledge us sitting at the bar. Once seated, I was served one alcoholic drink and after yet another substantial wait, left my seat to get my second drink. In total, with a two hour wait, I was here with my family of 10 for about 3.5 hours, but served only two drinks. The next couple of visits, I prayed the poor service was a fluke but nope, it never changed. This isn't the restaurant to go to if you plan on having a drink with your family. Even water. I won't ever dine here again, but I have ordered sushi for carry-out."

Not only did he graciously accept my coupon, but he also ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. The impeccable service, delicious cuisine, and warm ambiance made for an unforgettable evening. Mr. Seven's dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets Sapporo apart. I can't wait to return for another memorable meal!"
"I don’t know how they have reviews under 5 stars. The food was EXCELLENT and the service was phenomenal. Left them a $50 tip for such an amazing experience for my husbands birthday. They were so attentive to my son and so kind and thoughtful. Food was excellent and they give you so much. From a true foodie who loves eating at nice restaurants , this is now a new fave restaurant of mine definitely in my top 5!"
