"Food was good and freshly made, but the layout of the facility was confusing and awkward. The lines for ordering and picking up food were too close together and seem like they were crammed between counter and condiment area. Employees seemed to struggle with keeping up with volume of customers."

"Worse experience ever!!! I visited this location on December 18,2023 around 6:30 am and I ordered breakfast for my 4 years old daughter. There was an American African employee who was wiping the floors and talking to people in a very rude and bossy way.My daughter spilled her juice by mistake and when I approached him to tell him kindly so no one will slip over he rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. Honestly if he does not know customer service he should not work here. This branch need a lot of customer service training and he is not for that position."
"Why am I experience in the Chicago airport McDonald's was excellent, experience is extremely disappointing... Rather than call out the number the staff member called out my item leaving me confused weather it was my order or someone else's and what I asked to be sure whether it was mine they replied in a way that gave me the sense that I was bothering them. Also I see you in the photos, the place was a mess. Finally it is quite unclear as to whether you could use cash or had to use there kiosk payment system... While I would return to the one in Chicago I certainly will not be back to this one another place to get my food here in Detroit"
