"checked their hours of operation as listed on the building, yelp, and google one morning before coming here here to try their breakfast menu for the first time and a worker told me the restaurant wasn’t open (when they should’ve been). this location is very inconsistent with the times their actually open and when they’re actually supposed to be open. i’ve experienced this in the evening as well."
"I’ve gone here 3 times. First time: baked potato didn’t get sour cream or fork. Second time: they didn’t have any coke or BBQ sauce. Third time: pulled up to window at 10:58am and no response. According to hours they should have been open. There were cars in the lot. They don’t want my business and I am OK with that."
"Employees rude, charged additionally for drinks because they didn't have small cups or they don't sell small drinks anymore with biggie bags, so upcharged for larger drinks. When asked why not told, informed its not the employees problem but informed customer behind me of the additional charge. Messed up on burger when asked to correct it, got an attitude, pulled the lettuce & tomatoe off put ketchup on it wrapped it up and handed back to me and told me I didn't order it that way. Service with an attitude all the way. One less store to visit. I'll definitely drive out of my way to avoid employees telling me what I ordered and that it's not their problem to inform the customer of changes."
