"I'm sorry, but how do u mess up a remake order time after time after time!!! I tip the driver $10 to bring my order , literally right around the corner, Then tell me over the phone I need Jesus, after the so called manager takes the Lord's name invane!!! Then I bring my messed up order to them, ask them to remake my order properly!!! After spending $60+ with them, I expect my order to be made right! They called the police on me!! Locked all the other customers out, I'm sorry I'm a bigger black man, I left my 2 extra large subs I got delivered and left the establishment! They got mad at me and said my order shouldn't have been so "extra" wow!!! I'll leave them subs! You guys lost my service for good;!!! Well, the Wayne location anyway.... Ann Arbor has never done me wrong!"

"I placed a delivery order at 11:30am on the dot and I didn't receive my food intill 12:13 pm I might as well just went and picked it up myself I live exactly 4 minutes from the store so I don't understand why it took that."

"First time dining at Jimmy John’s, and received a sandwich that was hard like a brick spoke with manager and he said they were not baking any more bread. Until later. I asked him to fill the sandwich. He said he was aware of the sandwich so I asked for a refund and he gave me a refund with no apology."

"If I could leave a review and do 0 stars I would. Took over an hour to get to us. When I called, all employees were rude. Like unbelievably rude. And hung up on me. Then left me on hold when I called back and asked for the managers name. All I wanted was for someone to handle the situation. This is the 3rd time I have had issues and they were never resolved. I will never order from Jimmy Johns ever."

"Great sandwich. Melancholy employee. He seemed unhappy to have a customer. I didn't mean to interrupt your day to day grind. I just wanted a bathroom break, a sandwich, a drink and a bag of chips. (I forgot the chips on the way out, thinking about the lack of hospitality). There were a total of three customers already seated and enjoying their fare. I was the only customer attempting to order. My purchase was made at 10:37AM before the lunch rush. As such he wasn't currently swamped by nearly any possible measure. IDK what it is with the service industry workers in these modern times. Be happy, smile at and verbally great your guests. Being professional and affable seems more the aberration all the time. Yet, it is the very definition of any sort of service industry position. Not to mention there is an rediculously extremely high likelihood that the job description was no mystery when you applied and even less so after orientation. Being happy is a choice. Doing your job shouldn't be a cosmic challenge. Be professional. Do your job well even when no one is looking. Be happy in all that you do. Separate one customer from the other and your private life from your professional position. It is just that easy. Choose compartmentalization if absolutely necessary. "Half full or half empty"? It is the same circumstance. Your view is the difference. Choose optimism and professionalism. You still get 4 stars. We all have off days but this was your one and only chance at a first impression to a new guest. There are no do-overs for an initial interaction. Life is short. Choose happiness. Choose it all the time: "Don't worry, be happy"."
