"I’ve been to a handfull of Korean spots, and this one is my favorite. They have simple, great food with high flavor - and it’s cheap too. The hospitality is amazing they showed me how to unwrap my spicy pork triangle and also gave me a free yogurt drink. Nicest people, great food! Give it a try."

"What a gem! Small, family run Korean spot serving absolutely wonderful food and hospitality. Their homemade kimchi is some of the best I’ve tasted. The spicy pork & bulgogi were perfect. The very generous combo included a large portion of both meats, pickled radishes, kimchi, spinach miso soup, and hot tea. Their menu is small but everything is delightful."

"While in the area, I tried out So Poong for the first time. We dined in and ordered the spicy pork and original kimbap, beef and kimchi triangle kimbap and it was really delicious! Flavorful and well balanced. The staff was very very friendly and came to chat with us after to make sure the food was good. Highly recommend the place and we will definitely be back to try even more from their menu! Thanks for the great food!!"
