Happy's Pizza

"Placed a huge order a couple of weeks ago. We were trying to double check everything before we left, but only caught that they tried to give us an extra pizza from someone else’s order. By the time we got home we realized that we were missing our wings from the order . We called back, the host/ cashier was extremely rude and wasn’t willing to give us the wings or a credit. We finally got the real manager on the phone, because the cashier claimed she was the manager and he tried to make it right with us. He offered the wings and a discount on our next order. Today I tried to call and place an order and was left on hold for 10 minutes, I called back and again was told to wait on hold even tho I asked to speak to a manager. We tried to give them another chance but was disappointed again from the staff at Happys. Please do not waste your time and money on this establishment. What a horrible experience that I will be sharing with all my neighbors in the area ."

"Can’t recommend Happy’s enough. Happy’s catered the food for my 5 year old’s birthday party at Lifetime Fitness. Devin, the owner, walked me through the menu and helped me with my catering order. I was going to order way too much food, and he was honest about how much food he thought I should order. Not to mention, the food tasted great and was delivered at the promised time. Thank you Devin!"

"We went here thinking it was the savvy sliders. I was so confused. The savvy slider door is separate but takes you into the side of this Happy's. Everyone was very cheery and nice. The place could have been cleaner up front but the back looked pretty clean that we could see. I have no idea how their food is because we canceled our order after about 10 minutes. They have a sign that explains Happy's has a 15 minute wait time, but that is not the wait we had expected for a savvy slider. Also there is no place to sit and eat your food. They have a few tables but they were taken by people waiting for pick ups"

"The best people and pizza ever! They went beyond customer service to make sure they found me without an apartment number and I didn’t go hungry. So very kind indeed. The Greek salad was so crisp and refreshing after my amazingly delicious Hawaiian Pizza! The portions are incredibly generous, priced just right."

"Very rude management. Tried to speak with a manager named David about my issue. Manager tried to yell over me stating that I should have called in yesterday. Problem is I barely touched the food yesterday and brought what was left with me in to work. They put sausage on my calzone instead of the beef that was requested. The sausage is very nasty and has an old taste to it. I did not appreciate the way David spoke with me over the phone and will not be returning to this business."
