Little Caesars Pizza

"Terrible service. Ordered two pizzas via the app, came in at the appropriate time the app said- I walk in- and the employee tells me it’s going to be 15-20 minutes after already waiting 30 minutes via the app. No apology, nothing. I asked for a refund because I had to get back to my kids- and they didn’t apologize- just handed me my receipt. As I left, I said, “I won’t be back.” The manager muttered “good.” Just an overall terrible experience and I will not return."

"The staff is friendly. My orders come out fresh. I usually get a cheese bread or hot n ready. No complaints. The longest I've waited was 10 minutes on a sports night no less. It's even better if I come in to pick up from online."

"Than absolute WORST pizza place ever! There is no one there that has any clue he how to operate a pizza place. It took 45 minutes to get 3 pizzas in ordered through the app. There were a dozen others mad because the kept lying about how lond the pizza would take. No one ever comes tomthe front counter to help, just lie about it taking 5 more minutes . DO NOT GET PIZZA HERE, it's 5.99 and could take 45 minutes for cold pizza. It should get zeros for every aspect of thos place. There are 9 other pizza places within a half mile,.Go There instead !!!!!!"

"The pizza is of typical Little Caesars quality, gets the job done but nothing to brag about. Most people would go here because it's fast and cheap, however this location is neither. I ordered from here twice and was told around a 20 minute wait, however both times it ended up being over 45 minutes. The staff also seems oblivious to customers walking in and several people were waiting for a while before their order was taken. They also find ways to charge you more, a $13 online order was $16 in person. Overall it's best to just avoid this location. I can get better quality pizza quicker just across the street."

"Visiting Michigan from out of state and had to try Little Caesars in its home state. I didn’t have high expectations since its reputation is to just be a great value pizza but I was blown away by how awesome this take out pizza was. I’ve had a lot of Little Caesars since I was in high school and college and my visit today was extraordinary. I ordered and paid online and picked up in store by entering their Pizza Portal PIN number. Whoever made my pizza today, thank you! We got a classic cheese and a Hawaiian pizza and the crusts were NOT overproofed— not chewy and crusty where it didn’t need to be— instead it was soft, pillowy, and obviously baked with care. Thank you! I visited on Thursday, July 21 for a 1pm online order."
