Little Caesars Pizza

"The current Store Manager is rude to staff, I have heard him talk to new hire very disrespectfully, the young mans first day. Hours are inconsistent, pizza quality is poor. I just picked up dinner for my wife and me and the sauce was clearly smelly and spoiled so we tossed the whole order just in case it was on the pizza too :( We love Little Caesars but this location is know in the neighborhood as the "reject" location by the locals."

"Very good. Clean inside good food. I've been going here for over a couple years. The last time I went this year though, the seasoned ground beef wasn't fresh."

"We ordered 10 pizzas at 2pm for pick up at 6pm. We ordered well in advance to ensure they were ready. Immediately when we arrived we were given attitude about our order, told they only had 7 ready and that we need to take a seat and wait. None of the employees were wearing gloves or showed any good customer service. This location has completely gone down hill not to mention you never know when they actually are open."

"Ordered pizzas at 12:00 noon for a 4:15 pm pick up. I arrived at the store at 4:15pm and ask for my order. The employee I spoke to said he never heard of it, and then proceeded to take two other customers that were waiting. I asked what was going on with my order, he asked me what name it was under, gave him my name and said he had no orders for that name. Then he went promptly back to talking to preparing orders for other people. When I again asked about my order, and another employee came up and was able to pull my order up. They then proceeded to argue about my order not being in the system. Meanwhile another customer comes in to pick up his order that was placed the day prior. No joy. They don’t have it in the system. First employee has no customer service skills whatsoever. Communication between employees was rude. Shouting across the food prep area that they should just close and leave. Nobody is wearing name tags or I would be calling names out."

"The store is aware that they suck. I called and asked for the district manager and was advised it's either Denis or Curtis and the young lady that answered the phone said HER name is Curtis. The reason I asked for thr district manager is because the lady said they are closing because she has to leave and doesn't want to come back to close..DESPITE there being 4 ppl on the shift as this isnt her store..she said she was from the Flint store but answered the phone as "LittleCeasers Canton..opps I mean Novi". They refused to sell the food that was cooked (a hot and ready) but an employee walked out with a hand full of food and got in his vehicle but not before he stepped outside for a smoke break."
