"Asked for hot sauce and honey lol. I did notice the honey bbq and asked again for hot sauce. Didn’t notice I was given buttery spread lol my fault, they’re fault…. You decide. Dude could hardly speak English at the window but nonetheless “honey” / “buttery spread” Nowhere near close lol Didn’t get any plastic ware. Maybe we’re suppose to ask for it now? No big deal just need to mention it. Mac n cheese is basically cold/luke warm. Food was however served fast. I guess my main issue is comprehension and complete incompetence. He probably was smoking a weed pen. Felt bad for the dude."

"This location is notorious for being out of CHICKEN! What? “We don’t have enough dark meat to get through the night”. “We don’t have enough crispy chicken for a large bucket” “we don’t have any ice for the drinks”. This location’s inventory is a joke. I have to admit. When they do have the product, it’s usually good. That’s the only reason for 2 stars. When they do not have inventory, I leave and go to the chicken place across the street."

"Chicken tasted like it had been under the warmer for hours - yuck. Might explain why there was no line at lunchtime. Gave them a star back because the customer service was great. Very friendly!"

"I entered the restaurant with some joyous Holiday music and ordered via the kiosk. The kiosk was easy to use. It needed either a reboot or possibly faster internet connection as it lagged between screens. This didn't effect my experience though. I ordered the KFC Classic Bowl with a soft drink. Literally, as I'm putting my debit card in my wallet, an employee is handing me my cup. As I was saying thank you, another employee was handing me my KFC Bowl. Talk about fast and friendly service! After I filled my drink, I sat down in the lobby. The drink station was clean, organized, and well stocked. The lobby was clean and no visible signs of trash laying around. Every table and seat were clean. The KFC Classic Bowl was hot and fresh! It has been a super long time since I last had one. I'm glad that this location knows how to make them right! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing some great service with some amazing food!"

"I ordered a 2 pc combo, but one of the chicken pieces was incredibly small. It was so tiny that I could barely see it! I'm disappointed that such a small chicken was served to me as a valued customer. It's hard to believe that I paid the same price as others who received normal-sized chicken pieces with their 2 pc combo. Please do better!"
