"Edit to update: we weren’t looking for “above average” service, we just wanted service. Also i did respond to the manager listed below last week, but haven’t received any kind of response. We’ve been here multiple times over the years, I don’t know why we keep trying. I’ve tried to call in pickup orders, only to be placed on hold for more than 10 minutes before hanging up and giving up. I’ve had online orders get lost, without even an acknowledgment or apology when I’ve come to pick them up. I’ve had food missing from my orders that are clearly listed and paid for. Yes, things happen, but it seems to be frequently happening to me over the past year. Most staff are polite, but others barely acknowledge your existence. All I want to do is spend my money on food, but I think I’ve given enough chances to this restaurant and I’m over it."

"This would probably be a great spot if you wanted to party. The food is creative, as are the drinks. But hearing yourself think will be a problem. Went there with the wife for a Saturday night meal. The wait wasn't bad, and the booth was okay. But we were seated next to a twenty person birthday party, so the end of conversation and the occasional bursts of laughter were up there in the next to a jet engine range. Plus, the food came out lukewarm because of the demand from the folks around us. Might not be the case all the time, but I'm not going to take the chance."

"Stopped by from out of town on a Friday night. Ordered takeout online, process was easy but we waited for quite a while for food to be ready. Looks like it’s a popular place to be on a Friday night! Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, which turned out to be nothing special- very bland. Also ordered the lasagna rolls which were r good and would definitely recommend! Will have to try the pizza next time as I have a feeling it is more popular for its pizza than pasta."
