I order $100 worth of odor free bully sticks and received the stinkiest ones I’ve ever had. I contacted them and was told to get a refund, to ship them back and they’ll refund me based on weight (I gave my dog 2 of them). Honestly I was shipped the wrong thing but I get screwed by having to return the item AND not get a full refund. I’ll get them from Amazon again I guess. Totally disappointing."
