Chipotle Mexican Grill

"After going through the whole order process, was told that they would only accept exact change. The problem is that I only had a $50 bill on me (which is more than enough to cover my one burrito and one drink). The cashier told me that if I didn’t have exact change then I could not place my order and then threw my burrito in the trash while looking me directly in the eye. He knew what he was doing. The lady who took my order lied and said she told me, which is not true. If I would have known it was exact change only, I wouldn’t have gone through with the order. I then called the store, looking to speak with a manager, and they sent me to an outsourced call center instead of connecting me with the manager, or any member of in store staff for that matter. This is ridiculous. If you’re gonna have any restrictions on ordering, it’s best to at least put a freakin sign up. Not that difficult. Jokes on you, though. You didn’t want to accept my legal US tender and now you’ve wasted a burrito, lost a sale, and have to honor the coupon for a free burrito I recieved from the amazing call center representative. Ya dun lost $26 worth of product for denying a $13 sale."

"Great food, I could eat a burrito from this place everyday (which I have). It's not terribly expensive, but sometimes I wish the burritos were a little bigger. The main issue with this place is the online ordering system/app. It is great, easy to follow, and notifies you when your food is ready. The problem is that every now and then, the site doesn't work or the payment process fails. One time my order went through, but the restaurant was closed. Fortunately, the customer service is awesome and I got 2 free burritos for it. The reason I give it a 4 star for atmosphere is because everybody and their brother likes to be in there at the same time, making it inconvenient for the people doing online pickup."

"We read the other reviews after the fact! The Guacamole here is gross. The young person behind the counter worked to persuade everyone “it’s fine”. I’ve been eating guacamole for 4 decades, this is not fine. They then said, “we got a bad batch”…. Then why are you serving it? The rice wasn’t cooked all the way. The staff (kid with blonde hair and pink glasses) was rude. The place is dirty and not well positioned to fulfill the Chipotle brand promises. We let the health department know that the staff is willingly serving bad food (avocados) to the public. We are also contacting corporate. This location needs some help ,Chipotle."

"Disgusting. They served me dark brown guacamole. * Went back to the restaurant to try to get a new bowl or a refund and was told there’s nothing they could do. The young man working also mentioned how they are allowed to serve this because they personally think the avocados are “ripe” even though they are past ripe (old). I don’t understand how this is okay."

"I recently visited the Chipotle location, and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. One of the major issues I encountered was the attitude of the staff members. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that they were not interested in providing a pleasant dining experience. The lack of friendliness and helpfulness was disappointing and left a negative impression. Another aspect that disappointed me was the portion sizes. Chipotle is known for its build-your-own style bowls and burritos, where customers can customize their meals. However, I found the portions to be quite small compared to what I have experienced at other Chipotle locations. It felt like I was not getting my money's worth, and I left the restaurant still feeling hungry. While I understand that portion sizes can vary, it was disheartening to see such a noticeable difference in quantity compared to other locations. It left me feeling unsatisfied and made me question the value of my meal. Overall, my visit to this Chipotle location was far from ideal. The unfriendly attitude of the staff and the small portion sizes left a negative impression. I hope the management takes these concerns into consideration and works towards improving the customer experience at this particular location."
