"Great food. Very patient employees. We had one student from Spain, one student from Poland and two students with Celiac's Disease. She took her time and made sure that everyone got exactly what they wanted."
"Got my order through Grubhub from this restaurant and they love skimping customers out on the Marinara sauce. There is NO REASON my food should taste bland and strictly of pasta due to them being stingy with the sauce. Don’t even get me started on the chewy and fatty meatballs. I ordered some BBQ Korean Meatballs as well and they were exactly the same. I had to throw my meal away because of how insufferable it was to eat."
"I decided to go back to noodles and Company. I have not been there in years. I remember it being a good place to go and get food with my family. I went back in there today and they were having some computer issues but there was a person trying to get a whole bunch of coupons that they were not allowed to stack on there and everybody in the store stopped what they were doing to deal with that one person. Meanwhile, there was a line out the door of customers That they would not serve because they were trying to work with one lady for people that were on shift working just completely ignored me and when I asked if I could order they said you can just do it online. That was the rudest manager I have ever encountered terrible service all around between the four people on shift. I think they had a combined seven brain cells."
"The food was hot. That is about all it was good. The Japanese pen stir fry was dry to a paste. My kids won't touch the spaghetti. It is pretty awful. The Asian orange chicken with zucchini noodles was waterlogged. Perhaps the one on West main Street is better? Avoid the food here."
