"Needed a bite on the way to Ann Arbor, and swung off the highway to hit this Red Robin. Not only does Red Robin have a veggie burger Patty, but they also have an Impossible Burger on the menu, and that Impossible Burger was calling to me. Looking to get the Impossible vegan? Then you’ll wanna ask for no cheese and mayo, but beyond that you’re golden. It’s very much a traditional burger, with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and then the delicious Red’s Pickle Relish to give the burger a bit more zest. The patty was well cooked and had a great taste when paired with the usual suspects, and that relish gives a lovely final note that carries through past the bite. Beyond that, the fries were crispy, seasoned to perfection, and delicious to boot. Our server, Georgina, was wonderful, attentive, and considerate, proving that food service very much is skilled labor. This was a great stop to make on a whim, and I’m already debating if I’m gonna hit this one on the way home too."
