"Kodos to the guy who just lost a customer over a $10 return he wouldn't accept that was within a week of their 14 day (unheard of) return policy. He had no other product to suggest as a replacement either. I bet Petco wouldn't treat their customer that way. And I know Chewy wouldn't. You won't see me again."
"Decent place, and nice employees. Just don’t buy your reptiles basking bulbs here. They told me they had some lady returning her burnt bulbs.. So they test them before selling. Ironically enough; my bulb I paid a decent amount for burns out the next day after returning from work.. So based on their bad customer they had returning their bulbs.. They said “no exceptions” for returning bad ones to me on the phone. So if you’re an honest person looking for bulbs and have bad luck like I did, just buy them from a different store. Side note.. I’m also weird with my purchases too.. purposely grabbed the bulb all the way in the back."
"Great staff with a very diverse range of knowledge, especially about exotics and reptiles. The prices are unbeatable by the big box stores, and the selection is better too! The manager's advice helped me fix this little noodle's enclosure and get him back on a feeding schedule!"
