"Make sure you get your receipt if you use a debit card because they take it among themselves to take a tip off your card. They took a 7$ tip off my card for a carry out and it was the manager who did it and he wouldn’t give me any information on how to contact the owner. Told me to bring my bank statement up in 3days."

"Food was old and cold. Not in a warming bag. Not enough cheese to make toppings stick to pizza. Products and promotions very misleading. When we called to ask that our situation to be made right, we were told to call back the following day. We did and were then told a manager would return our call. That call didn't come. We called back again and we were given a personal phone number to call manager. The manager insisted our order was fine because he himself delivered it. Our order was in fact delivered by door dash over 30min after it was picked up from the store. When then provided a screenshot of the confirmation message. Manager told us he just left the ER because he wasn't feeling well (not our business, not our problem) and couldn't deal with our problem until the following day MAYBE. He further said he couldn't refund our money unless door dash refunded the money to pizza Hut and was unwilling to replace our order. Never again."

"My pizza was just nasty plain and simple. I will not order from this establishment again. One pizza was wrong it had sausage on it and we don't like that also one was pan and they should of both been thin. The big box had 2 tiny and I mean tiny sauces for 10 cheesestick and the pizza tastes like it wasn't done and made everyone sick."

"Great service - had an issue with not receiving our entire order (door dashers fault, not theirs) and Xavier went above and beyond to make it right for us. Even followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory."

"One of the last orders I did was on 06/25/23, part of my order was missed. And while I was waiting for my order, young man walked in, older, short lady that was working told him she didn’t have time for him, and to leave, he told her he was homeless, she responded that she didn’t care. This evening, 07/03/23, I decided to order again… why not, maybe someone else was working. Same older, short lady with attitude was working, I was checking my order, she became “snippy” with me, I informed her last order was missing certain items, she snapped at me stating “EVERYTHING IS THERE!”, Refused to listen to me, went about her business, and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. So, in the future, I will no longer order from the Portage Rd Pizza Hut, I will happily drive into Niles,Michigan, and I will also be informing my friends, family, and colleagues of this experience. Portage Rd Pizza Hut is by far, THE WORST when it comes to customer satisfaction and quality of their food. Both times, crust was soggy and undercooked, smelled rotten."
