"Took my puppy to get her nails done and teeth brushed, the last didn't do a very good job we started in there and watched as there was no one else there and no other dogs, not all the nails for clipped properly and she didn't brush the teeth she just let puppy lick the toothpaste off the tooth brush, I understand it's hard to brush there teeth sometimes but you shouldn't charge me just to have my drug lick toothpaste off the brush I can do that myself. I won't get there getting service again and I didn't complain because by the time we were done there's was others in there and didn't want to cause a scene and will other workers were busy."

"Never had a bad experience there! Every staff person I have encountered have been very pleasant and accommodating. Very personable if you have questions. One time I accidently forgot to use my $10 coupon after I already checked out and I asked if I could still use it and the cashier and manager didn't bat an eye and honored it right then and there!"
"I went in looking for a neck ring for my puppy prior to her surgery. I ended up getting a medium because the retriever size was just to big. I want to simply say Thank you for the personal help you gave me working with my dog to find a neck ring. Pets Plus is setting the bar high for customer satisfaction with assistance included."
"The staff is always amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have a great selection, and we love the diy dog wash station. Almost rated 4-stars because the prices are on the high side. However, you get what you pay for, which is selection and quality."
