"Sprout has been great for our toddler. She has been going there since she was 3 months old! I genuinely believe that they care about all of the kiddos. The pandemic is a challenging time, however they have bounced back and have maintained a great staff. We love the extra events that they do after hours. It’s also great having the cameras to remote in at any time to check on our child. We also love that they do crafts, and take a lot of photos to capture the memories!"
"We moved from a center in Kalamazoo to Sprout in Otsego and could NOT be happier! The structure of their program is wonderful; real time updates, live video feed, detailed reports...it's nothing short of amazing. The best part? Not once has he had tears during drop-off! Who knew that was possible?! I love that my son will be able to attend school there for years to come."
"Sprout-Otsego has been such a blessing. Staff are so caring and I love how genuinely excited they are to see my kids. There is open communication for any needs or concerns. I love that staff share photos and give live updates on the shared parent app. Management is quick to support and you will often see them going between rooms to monitor and help classes. Rates are competitive and care is customized to each child. I’ve had care from 4 different classrooms for my kids and have loved each one (Infant-Toddler)."
"Sprout has been an amazing experience from the staff to the kids. Everyone at Sprout never fail to make sure everything is great for the kids! They do updates as the day goes on whether it’s about potties, how much a child ate, and sends photos throughout the day! You can also watch on the camera to check in on your children. Everyone is in the loop here so all the staff personally knows all the children if anything is needed! I would recommend Sprout 100% of the time!"
"Really impressed with how Sprout has bounced back after going through the pandemic. There were struggles just like every daycare in the country, but they worked so hard to keep things running and now they seem to be flourishing. They’ve grown so much and the staff are so invested in our kiddos. It’s evident they really care and we’ve appreciated all the time and effort they’ve put into helping and caring for our kids.
