"I have had trouble getting ahold of this place. Nobody returns phone calls. My elderly mother needed some imaging done that could have saved her life and now her she lies, lifeless and no imaging can bring her back from the brink. She’s cold now and the blue hue to her lips brings back images of the time I spent in Vietnam. I had so many friends turn this shade. My Uncle Tom used to make me wear a dress and serve himTea. The only way I could get any flavor on my turkey sandwich was to scrape the little bit of mustard out of the bottom of an old jar. May god bless the children of Babylon with gentle warm bites of hotdogs."

"Although my Doctors information was on the order he never received the results. I called and they had some else's name down as the receiving physician how does that happen?? But the staff is so friendly and sweet. They said they would correct the error 2 weeks later I'm calling back because I still haven't heard from my doctor meaning he hasn't heard from them...smh So I just spoke to someone they charged to the right doctor but never faxed the report. I'm just going to say it is October I took this dexa scan in June ??? WT and as I keep breaking bones they @#*@ing up...smh I won't say how many messages I left my Doctors nurse because I thought she was dragging her feet... all this time not on her job."

"I went for a HIDA scan last year. Everyone was kind and the tech walked me through the process. It was an expensive test, but I put money down and have been paying monthly since. I was told as long as I put money down and pay monthly that I would not be sent to collections. After paying MORE than the suggested amount every month, I received a collections letter today. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I will happily go to RMI, who actually keeps their word and communicates."

"I myself and several family members have been coming here for testing for years. Always have to wait, appointments are a joke, when you have an appointment you always end up waiting for half and an hour to an hour to finally get called for your test. Dont these people realize that patient's time is valuable to. My son has now been waiting for over an hour now because the dr got pulled over because god forbid anyone left early enough to here on time. The nurses are nice here but seems it could be more efficient."
