"My Doctor tried for 3 weeks to setup appointment. I had to go the Doctor office to get the prescription. I wait over a hour on the phone to setup appointment gave up and drove to RMI on Lennon Rd to setup an appt. They took my prescription info and made me get on an internal phone to setup appointment and I still had to wait twenty minutes before someone answered. The day of my appointment received a call that I had to reschedule for a week later. Finally got my bone scan 4 weeks later after my last Doctor appointment."

"I was checked in quickly, and did not have to wait a long time. The entire office was very comfortable, and I didn't get scared ever. Everyone was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. I did not feel unwelcomed, and no one was rude like the other clinic I went to. Thank you for being so nice, and professional. I will return and recommend you to anybody!"
"My appointment was at 4:00 but I got a text at 3:16 saying they were ready for me so I rushed over. I arrived about 3:30. The receptionist was very unemotional. Not rude in any way but not cheerful at all. I was in & out quickly-approx 20 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the time I left."
