"This is the second daycare/learning center my son has been to. I would recommend the Monroe center to anyone! My son (2) has only been with this center for about 4-5 months and his growth in such a short time is astonishing! From learning his number and ABCs, animals and songs, and now can hold almost full sentences! I check the cameras regularly and the kids are either playing and having fun, or doing hands on activities/songs or crafts with the staff. At home he’s always talking about his teachers and things they do with him. Drop offs are so easy with how loving and supportive the teachers are as well. Overall this center has been amazing compared to other centers we’ve been to. 10/10 recommend!"

"Our daughter has gone to this location since she was 9 weeks old, she is now 4 and the only reason we are leaving is because we moved. We love this location and the staff. My daughter has learned so much, and we have always felt like she is so well taken care of. We could not recommend them more."

"Since my son started at apple tree on Monroe , my experience has been that he has not gotten the attention and care that he needs and deserves. My son is just starting full time daycare as a 2 year old, so he has had trouble adjusting to the chaotic environment that is corporate daycare. As a result, he has desperately attempted to receive attention and comfort/care from staff in the room and judging by the livestream feed he has been denied attention constantly. I wish the staff here cared more for the kids that they are tasked with taking care of. If you are looking for affordable and high quality daycare for your child please look elsewhere. The pricing here is insane. I’m gonna throw a crazy idea out here, maybe pay your staff better? Hopefully then you can attract high quality workers who actually care about children."

"What appears to be a well established building and management system for handling the development of young children unfortunately, falls short with the high turnover rate of teachers and the unfriendly attitudes from staff. On a regular occurrence, we would pick our child up without anybody even acknowledging us, and even when we were acknowledged we were given one to two word responses to our questions about our child’s involvement and day overall. On regular occurrences throughout the day, my wife and I would check in on the camera system and see the children walking around. After time and time again, we noticed a pattern of little to no activities or engagement of any kind. Apple tree is good at checking boxes, however, it does not appear to be a good environment to help develop and grow children. (Additional follow up) After departing Apple tree, they accidentally charged us for an extra week worth of service which equated to about $280. After being on a phone call with them every day for the better part of 30 days they have still not processed the refund or sent the request through proper channels, and instead claim ignorance and pursued Stonewall tactics. I would highly advise going with anyone but here. I originally gave two stars, came back and edited my original evaluation (see above). For the sake of your own children…Please go somewhere else. @Apple Tree: before sending your generic apology remark, please save the energy and effort and instead put the time towards processing our refund. Feel to reach out to my wife or myself about said refund - you have our number. We look forward to your call that we don’t expect to happen. Last, we will be submitting this event to the Better Business Bureau."

"My child is 5 months old, and naps every two hours regularly at home. This is our first week here at this facility and he hasn't napped in 3 days. The cameras that you are supposed to be able to view your child are angled in such a way that you cannot see half of the room. My child is an extremely easy, happy baby and has come home a mess everyday. The babies are only held or paid attention to if they are crying or are scheduled to be fed or diaper changed. I watched an employee (on the cameras) talk to another employee for over 20 minutes while not paying attention to the 4 babies on her side. If you have a feeding schedule or a nap schedule, be prepared to have that thrown out the window. I specifically requested every 2-3 hours my baby be fed. He has been fed pushing four hours, 3 times in the 3 days we've used this facility. To top it all off my babies pacifier was in another child's mouth, The pacifier is specifically labeled. Do not use this facility."
