"Store was a complete mess!!! I am in a power wheelchair and approximately 80% of the aisles I was not able to go down. This is illegal. I should be able to access every single aisle every single day. Spoke with the district manager and her only solution was to come back tomorrow or to have a personal shopper. I like to do my own shopping. I don't want yet another person touching any item I buy with the pandemic. She is aware of the laws because she said the dimensions of travel in the aisles to me but clearly broke those laws. I just want to be able to shop like everyone else. Clean up your store!!!!!!!"
"Based on my experience, Store is usually acceptable when walking in based on appearance and cleanliness. Customer service could use a little help with interacting with patrons by way of friendly service, reminders of promotions and offers. Since this particular area is limited with vendor options, returning to this store is a must for most in the area, Fortuna though it's not so terrible I refuse to go there."
"Prices are good and sales/clearance are great! But customer service isn't always the greatest and they stopped giving cash back on debit cards with no reason. Even though the machine still allows it!"
