"Best subway in America!!! Staff is friendly and super allergy conscious. New, clean knives are used on every sandwich (traditional subways reuse knives). I will be so sad when I leave Michigan and won’t have this subway anymore. I’ve always thought subway was fine, nothing special, but this subway is extraordinary. I wish I could remember the girls name from my last visit but her and AJ are phenomenal"

"Not sure what his name was but he was working may 12th around 11 and has some tattoos and I gotta say he deserves a raise!!! Had my sub made very fast, took him about 2 minutes and he made my day with his kind words and he gave everyone a compliment that came into subway I noticed as I sat down and was eating. You never know what someone’s going through and this man is definitely a bright positive vibe to this world and to people he speaks to. Keep it up man!!"
"Was there at 11:00 am August 1st 2022 and was helped by a younger woman with dark hair in a bun.... I work long hours in the food industry and I am ALWAYS kind to my customers no matter the time, how many people are staffed, or how many customers are in line. I am always kind when I am a customer myself too because I know firsthand how it can be. I experienced horrible customer service. The lady making my sandwich was rude, not happy, and clearly lazy because it was not busy but she couldn't handle making a couple sandwiches. When it came time to put the dressing on my sandwich she proceeded to put so much extra dressing on it, it seemed for sure she was trying to ruin my sandwich. And she did. Thanks. I never asked for extra.. infact I asked for light.. To the girl who made my food at the Walmart subway today, if you ever see this.. quit your job now because you are not cut out for the service industry period. Pretty sad if that was overwhelming for you ."
