"First time there. I had the fish tacos. Pretty damn good but I've had somewhat better. The usual chips and salsa you get at every Mexican Style restaurant was a point of dissatisfaction. The salsa was soupy and very tomato-ie. I like it a considerably more chunky and a little more seasoned. But hey .. that's my opinion. I do recommend going there and making your own decisions. You may find my opinion sucks. That's OK. Id given 5 stars all around.. but maybe I'm just a little opinionated about my southwest cuisine. Extremely likeable staff (of one as far as I could tell). My order could have been taken up a notch as well as the initial salsa. Like I said... I do recommend you try it for yourself."
"If I could rate this anymore then 5 stars I absolutely would. Antonio is the manager and was my waiter and everytime I come in to deliver food he is always so friendly and chill and goes above and beyond his job to give a great experience. And the food is by far the best I've ever had. The fish burrito is simply amazing.. this place is excellent and I am going to be a longtime regular at this restaurant. I highly recommend coming to El Cilantro"
"First time here and I was very impressed! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and got to choose our table. Fresh salsa and homemade chips were a plus! I ordered the fish tacos and my son had the shrimp tacos. Both were delicious! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Highly highly recommended!"
"It tastes good, it was a bargain and the staff was very kind. They have numerous specialties - and numerous classics. Everything is well made and tastes very good. It felt like most or all were made from fresh and quality ingredients. The place is rather quiet and very clean. The only down side? The service is a little slow - probably a testimony to the dedication to cooking from scratch. Keep that in mind if you are with impatient and hungry small people - haha. Great place."
