"Good food, very busy at drive thru, some orders got messed up but I didnt complain"
"I go to the Taco Bell location at least 3 or 4 times a week at least. But today was really special for me! I was helped by Paula at the checkout counter. She was so nice, polite and helpful, being that I'd just got done working a straight 30 hour work shift. I could barely stand up straight let alone order my food properly yet, she got everything correct and exactly as I ordered. Paula went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted/needed. She even wiped down and cleared the booth closest to the window so that I could sit in the sun. If she's not the manager of the owner then she needs a huge raise! Nick was very helpful as well."
"The cooks had rap music blaring. It was not a restaurant atmosphere music. Also it was so cold. We were not the only table complaining about the temperature and music. Alot of older pp were in there. Thank God I didn't have my child with me. Definitely not kid friendly music."
"Ate at the Taco Bell in Grayling MI. Terrific. Fastest service, friendly staff, offered senior drink without us asking, food was fresh and well balanced. We eat at Taco Bell every trip up and back to MI. This was the best. My go to is crunchy taco added jalapeños. Yum."
"Orders were screwed up. Ordered 4pc Chicken strips and only got 3, one of which was just batter, that was dine-in order. Ordered 12pc Chicken Bucket with 3 sides, ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, mac-n-cheese, and coleslaw. I received 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. Since I live 45 minutes away, I couldn't take it back to get the correct order."
