"One of our favorite places to stop and grab a quick pint of ice cream for a treat at home. We enjoy their 4 for $12. Because then we can all get our favorite flavors. It’s nice that it is labeled when packed and Enjoy By date. Easy access, plenty of parking, Friendly service, clean restrooms."

"Order the spicy chicken meal with a scoop of ice cream. They had me pull up and wait for about 15min. for one meal and then when they brought it out, they didn’t bring me the drink that comes with it. Rather than bring it up and risk the chance of having to wait even longer I just left. Though sandwich was pretty good the customer service and long wait from a “fast food” place detracted from it. Overall, will not to hear again."

"There were three employees at a nearby table taking restaurant training on a laptop. The volume was downright annoying. This was not a normal experience. The food and service, as always, was great."

"This is the 4th time i have ever ordered from this location and the only time i have received any food. I wish i hadn't driven past McDonald's, Culver's fries are very bland. My chicken was rubbery dry but the oreo shake was decent. First time: order with family, 4 people. My sandwich is the only thing missing between 3 bags of food. Contact, y'all send a coupon in the mail. I moved and misplaced it or trashed it. Second time: a coworker runs to get it, 3 people to the order. Once again only my sandwich is missing from 2 bags. Y'all mail a coupon again, i give it to a friend tight on cash since it'll expire soon. Third time: friends decide it sounds good, one runs to grab it, 4 people to the order again. For the third time, my chicken sandwich is the only thing not in any bag. I don't bother contacting. I decided to try it myself one night after listening to a coworker talk about it, like it's mickyDs made by someone's grandma and fantastic. What i received was anything but fantastic, it was pathetic. I've gotten a sopping, dripping wet chicken sandwich from Wendy's before and it was still better quality than what i got from Culver's. I don't want any more coupons, I won't bother to try again."

"Culver’s is one of my go-to fast food restaurants. I usually order a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink or substitute for the concrete mixer of the day (Make sure to specify that you want sauce on your sandwich, otherwise it comes plain with tomato and lettuce). In my experiences, the food has always been fresh and delicious. The buildings themselves tend to be dimly lit inside, so I prefer to order from the drive-thru and eat somewhere else. Service is always prompt and very friendly. You order at the drive-up menu (or at the front counter inside the restaurant) and are given a number plaque while you wait for your food, then you are instructed to drive up and wait on the side of the building or seat yourself at a table inside. A server will bring your food to you when it’s ready and take the number plaque back."
