"My family and I have been here many times and have never had a bad experience. The service is ALWAYS helpful and prompt, the food pretty quick, and always good. They are wonderful with our children. So friendly and engaging. Lacabana might possibly be the most consistent restaurant in town."
"It's not the worst. It's not the best. Portion to price ratio is good and they have a decent variety of vegetarian options. Their chips and salsa are excellent along with the guacamole."
"Worst Mexican food we've ever eaten. On top of the 45 minutes it took to get our food, the food was absolutely atrocious. And when we got our chip refill, they didn't even get us new paper on the bottom of the baskets (I know this because we had thrown our napkin rings and straw wrappers in the empty chip basket, and got the trash back underneath our "fresh" chips.) I have no idea why this place is rated so highly. The server was inattentive and my son had to ask another server where ours was because we hadn't seen him since he gave us our drinks. Terrible experience all around. The ONLY reason we ate the food, is because we were driving all day and were hungry. We're fully expecting to get sick from the food, if we don't; it'll be a miracle."
"Service was fantastic. Waiter was happy to answer my questions and was quick onnthe drink refills. Price was outstanding. For less then $18 I had a huge meal and that includes the $2.99 pop. That's a little pricey for a drink but the great value on the food .ales up for it."
