"I went in here for the first time on a mom/son date tonight. The food was incredible, the best beer battered fish fry I’ve had. We had a blast and the service was great. I also really loved how genuine everyone was, including the owner. We will be back!"

"This is a fabulous place to eat! We have had numerous items here, I love the fish fry and pizza the best, but everything is very good. In my opinion, their pizza in the best in the Northwoods!! The service is always excellent, and the atmosphere is the same. Their pricing is reasonable, and serving sizes are large, so make sure to come hungry. I would highly recommend the Heid Out to anyone!"

"The Heid Out has a friendly staff and great food. I had the Fisherman's BLT. The bar is speak easy inspired. They serve a good old fashion.The dining area is more private and cozy. Loved everything about it! I will be back!"

"We came for the Friday Fish fry with the family. We were a little intimidated by how busy the parking lot was, but we were able to be seated right away! We had great service! They have a nice wine and beer menu. Our only complaint was how loud it was in the dining room, my parents had a hard time hearing us across the table. They do not have much options for vegetarian/vegan. We did bring our little guy, and would say they are pretty kid friendly!"

"We decided to try this new place out for dinner and was not disappointed. Service was excellent! The waitress and owner made sure everything was great The entire time. The pizza we had was delicious. It was a Saturday and had a small wait for food, but was worth it. Will plan to come back!"
