Arby's

"Check out lady was HOSTILE to me because we didn't cut out a coupon. While she had me cut it out, she had another customer come up behind us to be waited on. (Guy behind us waited 20+ minutes in the drive-through with no service) I was talking with my mom and she stated she didn't appreciate how I was being rude and proceeded to be rude when I told her I was talking to my mom about said coupon. She said "its not my job or fault that you didn't come in here with a clipped coupon." My father called me, and she could see I was on the phone. She proceeded to yell three times for me even though we made eye contact, and I motioned to give me one second. My mom went up and got the food. She tried to give us one sandwhich when the coupon said two and made some snarky remark to my mom. Our sandwiches were cold, and our fries were overcooked. I will NOT be eating here again. I can't believe someone could be so rude over a coupon not being clipped. I even tried to tell her this is the nearest arbies to me and I live an hour away. I don't need the rest of the coupons."

"Absolutely disgusting, don't eat here if you are old or have a weak immune system. When in there today to get a quick lunch and to woman at the front was coughing on everything, and when she would cover her mouth it was to cough into her hand and then would proceed to touch our food! She was not wearing gloves, not wearing a mask, didn't wash her hands after coughing into them, she even coughed directly into my bag after putting my mozzarella sticks into them, she deserves to be fired or this Arby's to be shut down, I will NEVER eat at another Arby's. Cudos to the guy in the back, he was wearing gloves unlike the Neanderthal of a woman that was working the cash register and putting the food into the bags."

"The cashier rounded up for me a couple pennies so I would have a handful of change and upgraded my fry to a large. She was so sweet and kind. Best Arbys Experience. Need more people like her in the world"

"Stopped here late afternoon, and I have to say it was the worst experience at any Arby’s. The food did meet any level of quality. The young lady at the register appeared to be ill, she said she felt like she was going to pass out. Not sure who manages this store, but an evaluation to quality, service and care for their teammates certainly needs review. We will never return to this Arby’s."

"One of the worst Arby experiences I have had. Waited at the counter for 3 min before anyone came to the register; the sandwich was messy and nothing like a Philly (more like chopped beef and gravy) and my “curly fries” were the bits and pieces left at the bottom of the fryer with crinkle fries thrown in. The root beer was the best part of my meal. Good bye Arby’s…"
